What hardware do I need to get started?
You'll need a AKI WiFi Gateway (includes 5V DC wall plug and powered antenna) which supports up to 32 wireless temperature probes. The gateway and probes are purchased separately from the monitoring subscription.
What's included in the monitoring price?
Each plan includes 12 months of 24/7 temperature monitoring, 3 months of database storage, historical temperature graphs, unlimited text alerts, and free technical support.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
